Modernization/Upgrading of old mechanical Scales
- If the mechanical parts (pans, blades, levers) are still in a good condition, a change into a hybrid system is possible. Therefore only one Load Cell is required. This has to be installed at the right place (e.g. drawbar).
- If the mechanical parts are not anymore in a good condition, the pans, blades and levers have to be removed. Load Cells have to be installed then at the load points where the load is applied.
New Constructions of Scales
- Models and Types of Load Cells and their technical specifications are adjusted to the construction of the scale.
- Depending on the type of scale there have to be installes 1, 2, 3, 4 or 6 Load Cells of the same nominal load.
